Shackleton has launched its first annual Shackleton Medal for the Protection of the Polar Regions.
Happy new year!
Our judging panel includes Lewis Dartnell, Emily Shuckburgh and Martin Siegert and we are throwing the net wide in the search for a winner. Palaeoclimatologists, glaciologists, geopoliticians, climate advocates and artificial intelligence experts are all among those up for consideration.
