Summer job @ BAS: Marine Biological Equipment Assistant

We now require a Marine Biological Equipment Assistant to support the Marine Science Engineer in the unpacking, maintenance, packing and cataloguing of scientific gear used on our ship the RRS James Clark Ross during the next field season and to help during sea trials.

This is a 3-month contract.

Qualifications: A minimum of 2 A' Levels, including one in a biological science

Duration: 3 months

Salary: Salary will be in the range of £14,620 to £18,910 per annum pro-rata. We offer a generous benefits package including free car parking, flexible working hours and 30 days annual leave per annum, pro-rata.
