Hello UKPN,
We are excited to announce the next two festivals that UKPN will be attending in 2023! In February, we will be taking part in the Cardiff Science Festival (17th - 21st Feb 2023), and in late May/early June, we hope to host some workshops at the Aberdeen Science Festival "Techfest" (29th May - 4th June 2023).
We are looking for volunteers to help put on the events, including:
- Setting up and running fun and engaging science-themed activities and experiments
- Being about to chat with visitors and answer questions about polar science
These will be fantastic ways to engage with diverse audiences of families and young children and potentially inspire the next generation of polar scientists!
No experience needed - all we ask is your commitment and enthusiasm.
