The School of GeoSciences at the University of Edinburgh invites applications for a University Teacher in Ecological and Environmental Sciences. The position is a fixed term contract until 31 December 2024. with an expected start date in August 2023.

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to provide essential teaching capacity for the BSc Ecological and Environmental Sciences undergraduate degree programmes by delivering course material, providing feedback and assessing student work, across years 1 to 4. The courses build core disciplinary knowledge in ecological and environmental sciences and provide training in field and quantitative skills and statistics.

 

While the post is primarily concerned with teaching, the appointee will also be supported to develop their personal research.
