UKRI open letter - PGRs agains low pay

Dear all,

as you may be aware, PhD salaries for next year (set by UKRI) aren't increasing in line with inflation, which works out to a ~5-10% pay cut in real terms, depending on inflation. There is an online petition circulating which will add your signature to an open letter to UKRI with a number of suggestions. Non-PhD student supporters are also welcome to sign!

Best wishes,
