Call for abstracts OPEN!

Submit your abstracts under the five-session themes and share your work at the APECS International Online Conference 2022, 'All Hands on Deck!'.

The APECS International Online Conference 2022 is giving room for alternative ways for expressing self through a call for stories and art contributions that, we believe, will considerably enrich the experience of the participants.

Submissions can thus take the form of three different formats:

·        Stand-alone presentation

·        Oral narrative

·        Artwork

Stand-alone presentations and stories should fit in the session topics while art contributions can be submitted freely as long as they are linked to the Alpine and/or Polar realms and can be presented in a digital format. The APECS International Online Conference gives priority to Early-Career Researchers (ECRs), including master students, for the stand-alone presentations but also welcomes those interested in Polar regions to submit a proposal in the categories "oral narrative" and "art".

Submission deadline: 20th March

We are looking forward to receiving your contributions.
