Join our team! We are hiring an Engagement Assistant
This is an exciting time to join our Engagement Team as we grow our thriving, engaged community of supporters and Members passionate about marine science and the future of our ocean.
As the part-time Engagement Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting positive, meaningful experiences for supporters and Members, helping to strengthen long-term relationships and contribute to the organisation’s success.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working across a range of activities. You will coordinate work across Fundraising, Communications and Membership, supporting campaigns to drive supporter growth and retention and ensuring events and engagement activities run smoothly.
We are seeking enthusiastic applicants with experience providing administrative support in an office environment, coordinating events and delivering exceptional supporter care. This role is primarily weekday office hours, with flexibility for out-of-hours events.
